Between some of the most famous Sappada’s old hauses, our home is located in the oldest zone of Sappada, the ”Borgate Vecchie” that gives to Sappada an incredible historic atmosphere, surrounded by the green in Summer and white in Winter!

The Home Genziaza is located in a strategic position: 10 minutes walk from the center of Sappada, 5 minutes from the lifts, 3 minutes from Nordic Ski track, very close to a newsstand and a Market. By the way it’s very close to the kids park and the starts of a lot of hikes.
Our Flats has a great view all over the Sappada valley and they are under the sunlight all day long.
